Notes
So I kind of paid for yesterday's sproinky run today with tired legs from the start. Took several walk breaks and had 35 minutes (!!) of stop time, including stopping at Hampton Inn to refill my water bottle. Wasn't sure I'd be able to finish at mile 13 with 5 miles to go. Cut myself some slack and said when Peter showed up I'd quit. Goal was 18, made it to 17.3 and was very much done. Longest run since the marathon in March!
