Notes
Ran from home to McDonald's (potty break), to Hamstead Inn then home. Had to stop a couple times on the way back up the hill, but not too bad. Legs tired/sore from weights yesterday but did ok. Felt a twinge in my ankle at mile 8, so stopped and flexed it a bit, then it felt fine. Strange, but a little scary!
Plan was 8 today so this was better than expected.
