Started to set up a training plan but didn't get very far, so this is "not a planned workout." Hmmm, not sure what I think of that, I just wanted to lay out my long runs! Felt pretty good on this, and did the last three miles as tempo pace but called it progressive. Had a few stops for traffic and icy spots/puddles but otherwise did pretty well. Need to get some speedwork in there with CRR just a month away!
