Legs a little sore from yesterday, and a bit concerned about shin splints but felt better as I went along. Gorgeous day, and truck thermometer said 79° when Peter picked me up. I'd had enough though and got a ride last couple of miles up the road. Short for a "long run," but still good weekly total.
