Calling this easy although some miles faster than intended. Longest run in a long time! Ha, at only 6 miles. Had to stop and stretch out my back a bit a few times but overall not too bad. The only bad part was coming down off the overpass on the way back which didn't feel good, but stopped at the light and recovered a bit, then ok. Promising... Will probably take tomorrow off because the weather looks awful.
