Short course, as is becoming typical for this race. Why is it so hard to get it right? Worked hard to pace myself and not go out too hard. No real urge to walk although there were a couple times it might've been nice. Ran behind Rulon for a lot of this, then passed him on the last big uphill and zipped to the finish. Given where I am, I'm pretty happy with this race but I do wish they'd get the distance right so you can compare year-to-year.
(preliminary results had me 9th woman, apparently I was 10th... boo.)
