Could call this long run since it's the longest run since the half marathon! But, the focus was on hills as much as distance. Foot felt pretty good, just got a little sore on last couple of miles probably from the downhill pounding even on the dirt road. Ankle also a little stiff feeling but not bad. Took some 20 second walk breaks and stopped a couple times, but those are some steep hills! Felt pretty good about this run, best Equinox prep run so far!
