Notes
Checked out the newly redone Chena Pump bike path. Very nice but already suffering erosion on the sides, and dirt/gravel washing down on the path. DOT will never learn. Sprinkles at the beginning but then the sun came out. Focus today was steady running, did pretty well with a couple of walk breaks at the end. This makes 53.5 miles for the week!
