Ok, so legs still feel kind of heavy and dead, but shins and hips feel better so there is that. And I was able to go faster (i.e., too fast) so that might be why the dead-leg feeling. Two trips up Miller Hill to the "pavement ends" sign, so that's probably 3/4 of the way up? It came to just under .4 mile (like .37?) so that's a pretty good workout. Then went about halfway to SRC and came back, did a couple of .1 mile jogs on the way back up the hill (turned Garmin off for the walk parts, that's cheating right?).
