Headed out Sheep Creek and then up Miller Hill (yikes!), and down the trail to T-field. Included 3 x .1 mile hill repeats on the power line (.2 mile for the round trip) with another .2 mile repeat closer to campus near the end of the T Field Rd. Legs felt pretty strong, glad I took yesterday off. It rained a bit, but not bad.
