Two miles warm up (8:42, 8:34) then 3 x .5 mile @ 7:54 with .25 mile RI @ 8:34

That was it, did the rest between 8:34 and 8:20, just getting in the miles. Hamstrings tight, legs had no energy. Bleh, just wanted to finish. Need to think about a rest day.
