Garmin lost about .4 mile by mile 12, but I didn't add anything back on. So I probably really ran 21.5! But I wanted to keep it consistent with 2019's long run for comparison. Given that, I was only about 4 minutes slower this time and fewer rest stops (10 minutes total, but at least 5 minutes was talking to Kim and Norm Davis just by the 19 mile marker, haven't seen them in years!!), and the conditions this year were nowhere near as good as 2019 (IRC then, rainy and muddy today). Had to go pretty slow in some spots I like to run fast, and the powerline trail was really slick. After doing a faceplant fall a few years ago on that trail, I was being careful. Still feels like a lot of walking, and mile 10 measured pretty long (that's why over 15 minutes), which is a drag when it's such a steep slow mile anyway. Oh well.

Legs felt ok but certainly tired by the end. Had my Gu in mile 8, stashed Nuun at Black Sheep and right after coming out of the trail on Henderson. That seemed to work ok. Glad this is done and now it's taper time!
