Notes
This felt really hard, probably because I was up too late last night. But I managed to hang in there for a sub-22 minute 5k! Mile 1 was perhaps too fast, but I did pull back a bit in mile 2. Mile 3 was barely hanging on but I passed a girl I'd been running behind since she passed me at about half mile into the race. Imagining her having a kick to pass me at the end kept me going, even with burning quads!
