What a great long run! I started out feeling a little tired in the legs, but held a pretty steady pace throughout. Slowest mile was up the big hill below Butrovich, but then the next was the fastest. Mile 22 was fast, but included the dowhill by Plant Kingdom... Ready for taper!!
