Legs did NOT want to do this! Lubed up the treadmill belt and adjusted the tension a bit and the treadmill did fine. I was tired and kept thinking I could just do 5 or 6 miles and call it good, then 8, then what the heck see how far I can go. Needed 11.5 for a 50 mile week so pushed it a bit to 12.1 with a few walk breaks in the last couple miles. Glad to have that done. And now it's raining outside so the roads will be awful tonight and tomorrow.
