Made it just past the halfway point at the Boston Marathon and had to pull out due to severe pain in right glute... piriformis? Don't know but will definitely get it checked out. Came on hard and sudden at about mile 7.
Prior to that, I was having a sub-8 m/m 10k!!! Felt good until all of a sudden, I didn't.
