Really pleased with how this run went, even though I almost froze my hands in miles 11 and 12 (out on Sheep Creek). Warmed up eventually and finished pretty well. Stopped at Patty Center about mile 10 for potty stop and to eat a couple of shot bloks with water. I really don't like those, too gummy in my teeth. I'd stopped and had two at mile 8 as well. Started out with spikys and had to stop a few times along the way to take them off, then put them on, then take then off... what a pain. Ended up just looping them thru my waistpack belt and that was it.
Had Kris pick me up just before Shuros Drive. It was warm when I finished!
