Pretty good run today, headwind on the way out but nice tailwind most of the way back. Not sure where those sub:8:20 miles were coming from, but I'll take it! Slower on the way back up the hill, but still not too bad. Beautiful day today, with a forecast earlier of snow and rain, it was nice and sunny and not too cold. Today is my 60th birthday!!
