4 x (3 min. @ 10, 3 min. @ 11, 2 min. @ 12), then 3 @ 10 to cool down for 35 minutes total. Just a couple of stops for water and wipe off, was a sweaty mess halfway though this! But a good workout. Followed by about 20 minutes of planks, bird dogs, squats, lunges, deadlifts and front and side lateral raises with 10 lb kettle bells.
