Started at Butrovich, out Sheep Creek to Miller Hill and back, Geist down to Parks, back to intersection then down Loftus and Birch Ln, Teal and back to Birch Ln, Loftus, back to Parks, out to University with the WV out-and-back, Johansen to almost top of railroad overpass, then back to WV, back to just past Hutch. Whew! Lots of back and forth and finished well after sundown just as it was getting too dark to be out without light/reflective vest. Good to get a longer run in though! Colder than forecast, by quite a bit. Glad to have this done.
Some right knee pain at 2 miles, stopped and stretched, waited a minute and it went away. Very weird. Felt it again later on, think it might be connected to the hip bursitis pain. Must be adjusting my stride? Gotta watch that. Feels fine now.
