Pretty steady pacing but sped up too much in later miles. Had a bottle of Nuun and a 20 oz bottle of water, still down more than 3 lbs. Beautiful day for a run. Left arch/heel a little tender so glad this one is done and over 51 miles on Saturday! Going to Denali for Amarone by the Campfire tonight, so did long run today.
