Notes

Worked on keeping pace a little slower than the last run hone from work. Seemed to help. I had much more stamina for the hills and only stopped a couple of times, once for a pit stop at Ballaine Lake, and then at Jean's (5 miles later) for something in my shoe. A couple stops on McGrath, and that was it. Much better than prior runs. No rain, that's because I wore my hat.
