Tired of the treadmill and it was taken apart anyway. Need to work on that tonight. Cold, but I don't think it was -18, our thermometer said -10 but it was probably close to -18 in the lowest spots. Did Frog Pond, Marten Drive (twice) and the Howland Rd loop (which is .9 mile), then another out-and-back on Snowy Owl to hit 7+ miles. Breezy and I think the windchill was -25 or so. But, good to know I can still bundle up and run in that!
