What a beautiful day! The clouds and showers/thunderstorms never happened. This was a good run but I went too damn fast. Kind of crashed at the end... lots of stops. Lost almost 7 lbs so was pretty dehydrated at the end. Still, a strong overall pace, especially after yesterday's 11.5 mile tempo run. Now on to taper and Newport in 2 weeks!!
