Went down Danby to College Rd for extra mile.five. Good run, glutes could sure feel yesterday's hills though. Chilly and snowing at the start, the sun came out just as I was finishing (figures) and it warmed up about 5-7° later. Face got cold towards the end, but mostly ok temp wise. Finishing up a low mileage week, hope to have more time next week.
