Down McGrath to FLR, up the hill to Skyline (mile 3), then back down the hill (mile 4), then back up McGrath (miles 5 & 6), then up Falcon/Eagle Ridge to Skyridge and up to Skyline. Managed to keep under 9's but several stops. This is my first really big hill workout and miles 7 and 8 were really hard! Almost 2.5 miles down the hill to finish, then back up to home. Good hill run with a long downhill at the end (and mile 4). Need more of this for GDR and the Denver marathon!!
