Parked at SRC and went out on Sheep Creek for the first time in ages. Really nice day. Legs did ok on the way out but loved the downhill'ish return! knee was fine, so not sure if it was the Ibu and/or the icing, or if it's really not a "thing" but for as much as it ached last night, I'm happy.
