I didn't really want to do such a hilly run, but wanted to run outside and it was still too cold down at lower levels. Even through the Johansen bike path was plowed, it was still -15 at 1 p.m. No thanks. So, off I went to run hills for the first 10 miles of my long run. Ought to count for extra. Was plenty warm, but got pretty iced up.
