8:40 of stop time, but pace about the same as last week and legs were still tired from the weekend. Overall, I'm calling this another improvement on this route. Garmin did a little better on distance and kept closer to the markers than last week, so maybe it's all about a wash. I don't know, close enough I guess. Sure was warm out there today! Just easy runs for the next three days before GDR.
