Got out late today and it was a little chilly out there! Nice to not overheat though, actually. Did a couple of out and backs on Sheep Creek to get some more miles and avoid the ice (!!!!!) on the path... came back on the road a lot from the farm to roundabout. Legs felt pretty good and kept some pretty good paces there at times. Almost fartlek style in middle miles.
