Tried to keep the effort easy but it got hard the last few miles (see HR in 170's and 180's). Didn't really want to do this run and had issues like my phone in my pocket kept pulling my pants down, fingers got cold in the gloves (but better than super sweaty like the last few runs in the Brooks mitts), nose running like crazy, bleh. But, got it done and an ok cutback week of 45 miles is done.
