Dressed much better for today's run. Should've worn the face mask and the pants, and the glove liners, on Monday and I would've been much more comfortable. Parked at Brown Jug and ran to the corner by Steese, then west to Danby, back to the corner by Steese and a little bit on the road behind Brown Jug. Legs felt tired, probably from the shot yesterday, but HR wasn't too bad today.
