2 mile warm up, then...

3 minutes @ 7:53 and 3 minutes @ 8:34

1 minute @ 7:30 and 2 minutes @ 8:34

8:34 pace to finish (just a few more minutes)

Walked 5 minutes before and after.

This sort of run sure helps pass the time, and this is the first time I've done intervals by time instead of distance.
