A lot faster than planned... not sure why. Temps were nice but the breeze from SE made my hands cold on the return (not fingers, the backs of my hands). Not sure what's up with that, but it was almost painful at times. Legs good but tired at the end. Glad to have a couple of longish runs mid-week. (the traffic and the little gravel on Sheep Creek Rd is awful, can't wait till the bike path is dry!!)
