First mile was long, but the rest seemed fine. Good run, few stops, a few walk breaks but overall a better long run than many recent experiences. Rained pretty heavily early this morning and didn't let up for a long time so got out later than planned, but just a few sprinkles during my run, and rain again afterward so good timing. This is a 62 mile week! Woot!!
