Ran down almost to the old Dog's Bar, then back up McGrath and down and back Willow Grouse a bit. The wind from the North made the return trip pretty chilly at times! Bike path plowed last night so much better for running. Finished the long run on the treadmill for a total of 12 miles, the longest in quite some time.
