Cast is off! Yay! But now I need to get the range of motion back in my pinky. Ow... Run felt ok, legs kind of tired so not recovered yet. Almost got hit twice on Steelhead, once my an older woman who looked to her left but not to her right (where I was) before pulling out, and then by a guy on a 4-wheeler who came out of a driveway behind some bushes at a fast clip, if I were on a bike we would have collided! U West can be kind of dangerous...
