Don't know to call this "hill" or "easy" since it's that rolling hilly route from Fairweather to View Pointe, and dang that last mile+ is all uphill (yes, the first mile+ is downhill, but still). I guess not easy since had trouble keeping HR down, especially at the end. Cloudy, cool and a little bit of sprinkles at the end, but later this week looks worse so ran today. Over 220+ for the month of August.
