Notes
So windy here! First 1.7 miles had tailwind, the next 4.5 or so had headwind (and uphill), at times hard gusts! It definitely wasn't fun at times, but got it done. Peter rode a bike with me so that was nice, he had my water bottle in the basket and offered encouragement when I felt like quitting. This run wasn't "long," but it's the longest run I've done in awhile, so there you go.
