Tried to keep easy steady pace, and mostly did pretty well, especially along the flatter part off McGrath. Peter met me at Crystal, and offered a ride back from the bottom so I ran back down the hill (hence that sub-8 last mile). Dark clouds threatening a downpour, but it didn't rain on me. Must be because I had my hat.
