Treadmill died, so bundled up and headed outside with headlamp. This was 8+ laps of the East end of Snowy Owl. Footing not bad cuz we got plowed last night, but the road is getting very narrow. Calling it "easy" even though it wasn't always, and HR spiked at first till I got into a rhythm on the run. Several stops though, low back still very sore.
