Notes
This was supposed to be a 15-17 mile run, but I was frozen by mile 7! Almost bailed on several occasions, but nothing was "open" being a Sunday evening; I had to make it back to Peter's office. My gloves were damp when I started, but I did warm up nicely the first 5 miles. But the temperature dropped from 23° at the start, to 8° by the time I finished. I was dangerously cold at a couple of spots.
Oh well, as Peter said, I didn't get hurt so this will just be a "steep cutback week" in the books.
