Added a loop down McGrath to Crystal and back up Willow Grouse. The bike path is packed gravel and actually good to run on. This run, while always hard, felt better than a couple weeks ago. I think fewer stops and fewer walk breaks, and no car chase today! Went down Crestline a bit to hit 3.5 miles before turning around.
Kind of surprised by that max HR in mile 4, but that was maybe coming back up Crestline? Otherwise, HR was pretty good considering this route.
