Went on the trails in mile 1 and 2 this time, trails in pretty good condition. Today was about a minute slower than last week, not sure if the additional trail part is the reason or just tired legs?Tried not to stop too much but still did, dang it. 5:50 of stop time. Last week was about 8:30 so this was better! Sure wish left knee felt better, although it actually feels better when I run than when I walk or sit!
