Not sure why the first two miles were so slow, other than legs just stiff and tired. Went down Willow Grouse instead of Snowy Owl, did Crystal/Vail View then Willow Grouse again and then Frog Pond Circle. That's much shorter than I thought, only .35 mile from McGrath Rd and back. Nice evening though.
