Kind of chilly on this run! And I waited awhile for it to warm up, too. Summer (that wasn't) is definitely winding down. Legs felt pretty good on this run, just a steady easy run and I think 161 was just a brief time for HR on the way back where there's a bit of an incline just before turning onto Geist.
