Notes

Didn't want to deal with the ice so got on the treadmill for the first time in ages. Started at 6.8 (8:49), 6.9 (8:42), 7.0 (8:34), 7.1 (8:27) then threw in 4 x .3 @ 8:00 with .2 @ 8:34, then finished at 7 (8:34) with a couple of .1 striders @ 7:30. Had to stop and take a break/drink after each interval... Not the long run I was wanting this week, but got me over 40 miles for the week.
