Last couple of miles slowed with walk breaks as I kind of ran out of gas. Running uphill is easier on the back but harder on the legs and lungs! Such a nice day though, I had to get out. Bike path was mostly in pretty good shape actually. The piles were easy to hop over, only a couple places where I had to run on the road shoulder (like between Rambling Rd and below Howland). Back was ok at first but acted up for most of the run, several stops to stretch.
