Part two of this run, this time in the Asics Speedstars. I could sure tell the difference in these shoes, not so much forefoot cushioning and the heel felt "different" from the Nimbus or Landreth. But they are sure lightweight!
Nice tempo pace run, but in both this one and the first run, there were several stops to adjust shoes/laces and stop for traffic lights, etc, and a time or two to just catch breath and recover.
