Really made the effort to go slow and easy, and did pretty well but still needed to take walk breaks and stop a few times the last two miles. Oh well, not bad considering I went almost 10 miles! So, need to work on going slow.
Bigger news: grandson Riley Carl Van Flein was born this afternoon, 10.5 weeks early and 2.67 pounds! Poor punking was airlifted to Anchorage with Isaac to the Providence NICU.
